Yes, all of those Digimon are prevented from leaving. This card's [All Turns] effect affects all Digimon without having to choose them. In such cases, the effect triggers once when multiples of your Digimon with the [Angel], [Archangel], or [Three Great Angels] trait would leave the battle area at the same time other than by one of your effects or a battle, and by trashing the top card of your security stack, all of those Digimon are prevented from leaving.
