All of my Digimon get -10000 DP. I used this card's [On Play] [When Digivolving] effect to play [Kotenken].  At such times, [Kotenken]'s DP will become 0 and it will be deleted. In what order can I activate this card's 1st [All Turns] effect and 2nd [All Turns] effect?

You can activate the 2nd [All Turns] effect first.  When [Kotenken] was played, this card's 1st [All Turns] effect triggered, but a rule check occurs before activation, and [Kotenken] becomes a target for deletion. The 2nd [All Turns] effect triggers immediately before this deletion, and you can interrupt and activate it.  In addition, if a Digimon with 10000 DP or less was played by this effect, a rule check will occur again and that Digimon will be deleted.  Once all of the rule checks are resolved, you then can activate this card's 1st [All Turns] effect.

All of my Digimon get -5000 DP. I used this card's [All Turns] effect to play a Digimon with 5000 DP or less.  At such times, is the played Digimon deleted before the 1st [All Turns] effect activates?
