I use this card to trash the top card of 1 of my Digimon with [Armor Form] in its traits. Can I then digivolve one of my other Digimon into a Digimon card in my hand with [Armor Form] in its traits?

Yes, you can. If you do, only the Digimon you chose to digivolve will unsuspend.
