One of my Digimon with digivolution cards is targeted by my opponent’s <De-Digivolve>, resulting in it becoming one of the Digimon in its digivolution cards. When this happens, can I return 1 of my opponent's level 4 or lower Digimon to its owner's hand with this card's [Yout Turn] effect?

No. Having a digivolution card become a Digimon as a result of <De-Digivolve> does not count as playing that card, so this card's [Your Turn] effect does not trigger.
