When my opponent's Digimon attacks and I use this card's inherited effect to return BT19-024 [MarineBullmon] to the bottom of the deck, can I activate BT19-024 [MarineBullmon]'s <Decode (Blue Lv.4)> and then return 1 of my opponent's level 5 or lower Digimon to the hand?

Yes, you can activate <Decode (Blue Lv.4)> and return their Digimon to the hand. In such cases, <Decode (Blue Lv.4)> interrupts this card's inherited effect. Once it activates, you return BT19-024 [MarineBullmon] to the bottom of the deck and return 1 of your opponent's level 5 or lower Digimon to the hand.
